. These steps are to help you understand what kind of integrated service I provide, and what kinds of questions we will address together in order to create your website

. I wil listen to you as we will review your history, needs, strategies, clients, competitors and colleagues.

. I will invite you to formulate and share your vision. I will propose an organization of your ideas according to the particularities of what is needed for a good website.
My job is to design your corporate image
. I believe a creative & adapted corporate image is not a luxury feature.
I will be happy to design with/for you a logo and a graphic chart if you need me to. Usually, this is an expensive service as design agencies will naturally set their prices quite high. Here, it is often part of the package.
My job is to help you understand the translation process
. Translation between what you wish to be expressed and how to have it perceived and understood through a website. It is not so easy to figure out the path between what you have in mind in what the reader of your website will perceive.
My job is to help you understand what you can really do with a website...
. Let's distinguish what you can really do on a website from urban myths. First, you might want to think about your future website as «an always-available, always-updatable, highly-optimized brochure ».
Of course we can optimize your site for search engines and workout a smart referencement, but this is just the base, there is no miracle.
Depending of the kind of site, you could also think of it as a slow-starting, friends-based coffee shop business. Once the place is built and decorated, steady work and time will make it what it was meant to be: a place for happy users, happy customers.
Thinking that way at the start is a nice way to build a succesful story...
My job then is to put this site in the simpliest form on the web
. Your site should
- have a clear and distinct identity
- propose a clear discourse,
- be really easy to navigate for *any* visitor.
Simplicity is often taken for emptyness, while usability tests tend to prove that is just space for your reader to feel welcome, find answers and come back. We all have the tendency to want to show / do too much on our website...
Collaborating with others
. You may also wish to welcome colleagues such as programmers, designers, writers or photographers into the project. Even though I can often fulfill these functions myself, I am always happy to work with talented professionals. Depending on your needs, a specialist to really optimize the html code or workout precisely the referencement of the site are good examples.
It is even a real pleasure to integrate such a team.
